Innovant is a dedicated brand of DTC Canada, created with a single goal: to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to adopt the technology they need without compromising their cash flow.

Our Story: 

Transforming a Small Manufacturer

The story of ClearForm Fabrications, a small but promising manufacturer in Quebec, embodies the reason Innovant was created. ClearForm was eager to improve operational efficiency with an ERP system but faced a familiar challenge for SMEs—tight cash flow constraints.

In January 2024, they approached DTC Canada for guidance on adopting technology without risking their financial stability. The process began with a one-day Digital Maturity Analysis, which provided ClearForm with a clear understanding of their current operations and a tailored digital roadmap for success.

Following the analysis, DTC Canada recommended and implemented Odoo ERP to streamline their production planning, inventory management, and customer service operations. Deployment began in February 2024 and was successfully completed in just eight weeks.

The key to making this transformation possible was Innovant’s private financing:

  • ClearForm didn’t need to pay the full implementation cost upfront.
  • Instead, they repaid the amount over several months, completely interest-free.

This flexible financing model allowed ClearForm to adopt the critical technology they needed immediately, without compromising their operational cash flow.

Today, ClearForm Fabrications is running more efficiently, meeting customer demands with ease, and experiencing measurable growth—all thanks to Innovant’s unique approach to making technology accessible for SMEs.
